Mark as Useful Caller would NOT tell me what company she was with, nor why she was calling, nor did she know the time zone I am in. And she used the company owner's first name as if she knew him. Not quite rude, but not very friendly, either.

Mark as Useful We have been getting at least two calls a day for a couple months now on our 800 line that costs us money every time they call !! The phone will ring until you answer it then it switch's to a beep and nothing else !! this is crazy and starting to make me crazy !!
